• Application

  1. Leveling

  Typical Dyeing Recipe for Polyamide / Wool / Silk:

          Acid Dyestuff                            : X%

          Acetic Acid / Formic Acid       : 0.5 – 2 g/l (adjust pH 4.5 to 5)

          Nestogen - NBSE:

                                                            Dark Shade: 0.25 – 1 g/l

                                                            Medium Shade: 1 – 2 g/l

                                                            Light Shade: 2 – 3 g/l

  2. Correction of Faulty Dyeing

  Recipe for Correction:

          Correction Dyestuff                : 10% (of original recipe)

          Acetic Acid / Formic Acid      : 0.5 – 2 g/l (adjust pH 4.5 to 5)

          Nestogen - NBSE                     : 2 – 2.5 g/l

          Raise bath temperature to boil and maintain it for 45 min.

   

  Remark: It is important to run Nestogen - NBSE for 10 min. at room temperature and then start dyeing for better results.

  • Promotes level dyeing with acid, milling, metal complex and chrome dyes.
  • Helps to correct unleveled dyeing.
  • Effectively increase levelness of dyeing with 1:2 metal complex dyes.
  • Removes unfixed dye from fiber surface during post washing.
