  Scouring Agent for polyester Fabric. It is used to eliminate various additives like spinning oil, acrylic size, lubricating oils etc.

  • Solvo SD                                    :          0.2-0.3%
  • Wet N951                                   :          0.5%
  • NaOH (100%)                            :           2-3%
  • Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)         :           3-5%

  M:L (Material to Liquor) Ratio: 1:1.5

  Temperature: 95°C

  Time: 40 minutes

  Drain at 70°C

  Followed by a hot wash and a cold wash.
