  1. CONTINUOUS PROCESS

  1.1 Pad-steam (Roller-bed steamer, J-Box and U-Box)

  	Desize	Scouring	Bleaching

  Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)	3-4 ml/l	-	20-40 ml/l
  Caustic soda flake	50 g/l	50 g/l	4-8 g/l
  Nestogen LV4 Conc.	5 g/l	5 g/l	1-2 g/l
  Nesto Stab O2	-	-	6-8 g/l

  Pad at 30oC and steam at 100oC for 20-30 mins, followed by washing (hot-warm-cold).

  2.Combined Scour-Bleach

  	'Nestogen XNN'	Nesto Stab O2	Nestogen LV4 Conc.	Caustic Soda flakes	Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)
  	2-4 g/l	6-8 g/l	1-2 g/l	10-20 g/l	40-60 ml/l

  Pick up: 120-140%

  Steam at 100oC for 10-20 mins followed by wash-off (95oC/95oC/80oC/50-70oC).

  2. DISCONTINUOUS PROCESS (BATCH OPERATION)

        2.1 Pad-Batch

  Desize: Pad-batch at 90oC for 1 hour

  Scouring: Pad at 50-90oC and batch at 90oC for 2-3 hours.
