  Nestogen LFW Conc. is high performance de-aerating cum wetting agent designed for processes where exceptionally high wetting is required. Can be applied in dyeing and printing paste as well.

• Application

  In the continuous processing the dwell time of fabric in the bath is very short and hence high wetting to ensure uniform and fast pick up of bath liquor. 
  Nestogen LFW Conc. a specially designed wetting agent which ensures fast wetting of the fabric in continuous preparation and yield good absorbency and whiteness.

  1.CONTINUOUS PROCESS

  1.1 Pad-steam (Roller-bed steamer, J-Box and U-Box)

  Nesto Stab O2	-	-	6-8 g/l

  Pad at 30oC and steam at 100oC for 20-30 mins. followed by washing (hot-warm-cold)

  1.2 Combined Scour-Bleach
