• Application

  In the continuous processing the dwell time of fabric in the bath is very short and hence high wetting to ensure uniform and fast pick up of bath liquor. 
  ‘Nestogen JDP’ a specially designed wetting agent which ensures fast wetting of the fabric in continuous preparation and yield good absorbency and whiteness.

  1.CONTINUOUS PROCESS

  1.1 Pad-steam (Roller-bed steamer, J-Box and U-Box)

   

  Desize	Scouring	Bleaching
  Nestogen JDP	2 g/l	2-4 g/l	3-4 g/l
  Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)	3-4 ml/l	-	20-40 ml/l
  Caustic soda flake	50 g/l	50 g/l	4-8 g/l
  Nesto Scour LV4	5 g/l	5 g/l	1-2 g/l
  Nascent - O2	-	-	6-8 g/l

  Pad at 30^oC and steam at 100^oC for 20-30 mins. followed by washing (hot-warm-cold).

  1.2 Combined Scour-Bleach

  Pick up : 120-140%
  Steam at 100oC for 10-20 mins followed by wash-off (95oC/95oC/80oC/50-70oC)
   

  2. DISCONTINUOUS PROCESS (BATCH OPERATION)
