  • By neutralizing residual peroxide, it protects sensitive dyestuffs.
  • During the conventional process, a significant quantity of water is needed, which can be reduced by using 'Solvo HPK.'
  • Excess 'Solvo HPK' does not affect subsequent dyeings.
  • It improves the reproducibility of dyeing.
  • It has a minimal effect on shade change.

• Application

  • The amount of Nestogen HPK needed depends on the amount of residual peroxide left.
  • After the bleaching process, 0.5 - 1 grams per liter (gpl) of Nestogen HPK, pre-diluted with sufficient water, should be added to the bleach bath after the peroxide boiling process is over.
  • Run for 15-20 minutes at 80-90°C.
  • Bleach at a pH of 9-10 for a quick and complete reaction.
  • Please check for residual peroxide by using a peroxide indicator stick to ensure the complete elimination of residual peroxide on the fabric/yarn.
