Nascent - O2 | Peroxide Stabilizer

    A Powder form concentrated peroxide stabilizer for scouring & bleaching of cotton and polyester blends. Its magnesium free and don’t deposit in substrate or machine.

  • Application

    Bleaching Process Guidelines

    In the bleaching process, the amount of Nascent - O2 required is dependent on the quantity of Hydrogen Peroxide used. It is recommended to pre-dilute Nascent - O2 with sufficient water before adding it to the bleach bath.


    Exhaust Application:

    • 0.5% Nestogen - SRW
    • 2% Caustic flakes
    • 1% Soda ash
    • 3-8% Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)
    • 0.5-1% Nestoquest - SWN (Optional)
    • 0.02-0.04% Nascent - O2

    Treatment Conditions: Treat at 98 deg.C for 45-90 min, or 110 deg.C for 15-45 min.


    Pad Application:

    • 40-50ml/kg Hydrogen peroxide (50%)
    • 15-18gm/kg Caustic soda flakes
    • 5-6 ml/kg Nestogen - SRW
    • 3-4 gm/kg Nascent - O2
    • 0.5-1 ml/kg Nestoquest - SWN

    Treatment Conditions: Steam at 98 deg.C for 15-20 min.
