    NI Crep ACA Conc. is a high performance preparation and lubricant to prevent rope mark, creasing in cellulosics and for jet processing of polyester.

  • Key Features & Benefits

    • Promotes opening of fabric processed in rope form
    • Acts as lubricant when fabric rubs against itself or machine parts in high turbulence machines.
    • Eliminates yarn/fiber abrasion.
    • Stable to caustic and suitable on all types of cellulosics fibers and their blends.

    Nestoquest SWN 1-2%

    NaOH (100%) 1-2%

    M: L = 1:10; 90oC/30 mins

    2.Scour Bleach - Knits and coloured goods (JET)

    95oC/40 mins; drain at 70oC - hot wash - cold wash 70oC/20mins followed by cold wash
