  NESTOGEN - CLA is an excellent leveling agent for dyeing cationic dyes on CDPET /Acrylic fiber fabrics and its blends. Provides belter re-level of patchy dyeing.

• Application

  dyeing recipes for Nestogen - CLA:

  1. As Leveling Agent

  • Cationic Dyestuff: X% (O.W.F.)
  • Acetic Acid: 2 – 6 g/l
  • Nestogen – CLA: 0.75 – 1 g/l
  • Temperature: 120°C
  • Glauber’s Salt: 2 – 5 g/l
  • Time: 30 min

  2. Shade Correction OR Re-Level of Patchy Dyeing

  • Cationic Dyestuff: Approx 10% (of the original recipe)
  • Acetic Acid: 1 – 2 g/l
  • Nestogen – CLA: 1 – 3 g/l
  • Temperature: 120°C
  • Time: 45 min

  3. Partly Stripping of Unwanted Shade

  • Nestogen – CLA: 3 – 6 g/l
  • Acetic Acid: 1 – 2 g/l
  • Temperature: 120°C
  • Sodium Hypochlorite: 3 – 6 g/l
  • Time: 45 min
