  Nestodefoam is a 100% active, non-silicone defoamer designed for all textile processing operations, including sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing, coating, etc., where foam control is essential. It can be used in jets, overflow dyeing machines, package dyeing machines, winches, jiggers, and printing machines. Importantly, Nestodefoam does not lead to any objectionable build-up on equipment or substrates.

• Application

  • Nestodefoam is recommended at a level of 0.5-1 grams per liter (g/l) in the bath to suppress the foam generated during the process.
  • Nestodefoam exhibits excellent bath stability and compatibility with all ingredients in dyeing and printing.
  • It also eliminates foam build-up during the cooling-down phase on HT jet and overflow machines.

• Storage & Packing

  • Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
  • Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.

• other Information

  • Due to its chemical constitution, Nestodefoam has a tendency to separate on standing. Therefore, it is advisable to stir well before use.
  • Nestodefoam should be used as-is, and no dilution should be carried out.
