• General Characteristics

  Type: Anionic

  Constitution: Free acid of complex organic ethoxylate phosphate ester

  Appearance: Clear liquid

  Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water.

  Compatibility: Stable to alkalies, acids, electrolytes, hard water, and compatible with auxiliaries used in bleach bath.

• Application

  "Oligo-ER dosage depends upon the type of material, construction, and machine type used. Generally, it can be used at 0.5-1% on the weight of the fabric.

  Recommended process to eliminate oligomers problem as below:

  In Dyeing:

  • Nestogen TCI: 0.5-1 gm/lit
  • Oligo-ER: 0.5-1 gm/lit
  • Disperse dyes: X%
  • Acetic acid / pH buffer: X gm/lit [Maintain pH 4.5-5.5]

  Dyeing at 130°C for 45 mins."
