Nestolink - ALM | Acrylamide based Wrinkle Free Finish

• Product Information

  Nestolink - ALM is an ultra low formaldehyde cross linking agent for cotton and polyester/cellulosic blends to impart durable press finish with very low free formaldehyde. It can also apply at high temperature. With Nestolink - ALM, DP rating of 3.5 can be obtained depending on recipe and process. Nestolink - ALM is also suitable for DP finishing of garments by spraying or soaking technique.

• Application

  Nestolink - ALM is exhaustible and durable softener which is suitable for both exhaust and pad application and gives soft handle with very good bulk and is more suitable for cellulosics.

   

  (1) Padding on all types of fibres  (Durable press finish)

  • Pick-up : 65-70 %
  • Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
  • High temp.curing : 150-160 deg.C, 3-4 mins.
  • Shock curing : 170-180 deg.C, 30-45 sec.

  Suggested Recipe

  1. 100% Cotton Shirting & Cotton B/W

  • Nestolink – ALM : 60-120 g/l
  • MgCl2 : 12-25 g/l
  • Citric acid : 0.3 g/l
  • Nestosil XT Plus  : 5-15 g/l
  • Milky Soft : 20-30 g/l

  2. Polyester / Cellulosic blends

  • Nestolink – ALM : 40-60 g/l
  • MgCl2 : 8-12 g/l
  • Citric acid : 0.3 g/l
  • Nestosil XT Plus  : 5-15 g/l
  • Milky Soft : 20-30 g/l

   

  (2)  Exhaust method ;

  • Bath pH : 4.5 - 5.0
  • Bath Temp. : Room temperature
  • Time : 10-30 mins.
  • Hydro extract, Tumble dry
  • Drying : 125-160 deg.C, 3-5 mins.

  • Nestofin BS : 1-2 %
  • MgCl2 :1.2-2.4 %
