Nestogen - DSR | Concentrated Desizing and Emulsifying Agent

  • Product Information

Nestogen - DSR is a concentrated desizing and emulsifying agent which removes natural  and synthetic sizes, starch and modified starch.

  • Key Features & Benefits

    • Emulsifying and Dispersion:
      • Good emulsifying and dispersion of fats, waxes, and knitting lubricants.
    • Dispersing Efficiency:
      • Maintains high dispersing efficiency throughout the heating and cooling cycle, preventing size agglomeration and surface re-deposition.
    • Processing Agent Removal:
      • Efficiently removes processing agents such as natural and synthetic sizes, starches, modified starches, starch ethers, cellulose ethers, water-soluble and insoluble acrylic polymers & copolymers, PVAs, spin finishes.
    • Color Clarity:
      • Does not stain PES and ensures optimum brightness and color clarity, even in pale fluorescent optical brighteners.
    • Foam Control:
      • Effectively controls foam generation in high turbulence systems.
