  Deep CV is the highly concentrated special silicone type finishing agent which imparts excellent bright & deep colour effect for fabric.

• Application

  The optimum dosage depends upon type of fabric, construction, weight, required performance and procedure.

  It is recommended to use Deep CV as below

  1. Padding Deep CV  - 2 ～ 4% soln. (at room temperature)
  2. pH range of finishing bath is adjusted at 4.0～5.0. ․ In case of using together with another finishing       agent, the enough pre-test must be performed.
  3. Squeezing - Squeezing is necessary, because of preventing from unlevel adsorption.
  4. Curing - 160℃ for 1～2 min

• Advantage

  Deep CV gives excellent deep brighter / redder / bluer colour effect especially for deep shades. It can be used on cotton, viscose and their blends. It shows very good soft handle. It does not affect Sewability.

  Ecology/Toxicology	The usual hygiene and safety rules for handling chemicals should be observed in storage and use. The product must not be swallowed.
