  • Application

    The optimum dosage depends upon the type of fabric, construction, weight, required performance, and procedure.

    It is recommended to use NICCA Bright 40 as follows:

    • Padding Deep Bright SR-20 - 2 to 3% solution (at room temperature).
    • pH range of finishing bath is adjusted at 4.0 to 5.0. In case of using together with another finishing agent, sufficient pre-testing must be performed.
    • Squeezing - Squeezing is necessary to prevent uneven adsorption.
    • Curing - 140°C for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Advantage

    Deep Bright SR-20 gives excellent deep brighter / redder / yellower colour effect especially for deep shades. It can be used on all types of fibres and their blends. It shows minimum effect on handle, shade and light fastness. It does not affect Sewability of PES.
